EighthEye works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Since they’re working at a reduced capacity, order fulfillment will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 business days.
We're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently.
